Wanting to experience the magic of breathwork but can't seem to find the time go to a class? If you're struggling to switch off at night or your body feels tired, but your mind won’t stop racing

We know the feeling and that’s exactly why we created this online Breathe Into Sleep session.

Through guided breathwork and meditation, you’ll actually reset your nervous system moving your body out of stress mode and into deep rest. Think of it as pressing the “reset button” on your mind and body before bed.

If you’ve been curious about trying breathwork, this is your chance all from the comfort of your own home. You’ll be guided every step of the way, no experience needed.

In this session you’ll:
