Join Business Women Australia for a reflective and practical online gathering designed for women who want to lead with greater presence, courage, and care.

This Community of Practice will bring together members of the BWA community, women who have shared in our Leadership Retreats, participants from our Courageous Conversations, and those who are simply curious about the practice of conscious leadership.

Guided by Vida Carlino in alignment with our Conscious Communication parameters, this session will offer a safe and welcoming space to pause, reconnect, and explore what becomes possible when we communicate with deeper awareness.

Together, we will consider how we can:

• Notice the emotions, assumptions, and patterns influencing our conversations

• listen deeply without immediately fixing, advising, or defending

• speak honestly and courageously while preserving trust and connection

• remain present when conversations feel difficult or uncomfortable

• bring greater intention, compassion, and clarity into our leadership

This is not a webinar or traditional networking event. It is an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and learn through meaningful conversation with other thoughtful women focused on inner development work.

Whether you are continuing your journey after retreat, returning to a practice you have experienced through BWA, or exploring conscious leadership for the first time, you will be warmly welcomed.

Meet Vida Carlino

Vida Carlino is a catalyst for transformation. As the founder of Inspiration Space, My Vida, and author of My Power Statement, Vida’s life’s work is to inspire people to live and lead with courage, consciousness, and authenticity. With a background as a social entrepreneur, author, and leader in conscious evolution, Vida is well known for creating spaces where real conversations and self-discovery thrive. She coaches and empowers women to embrace vulnerability as a strength and to lead from their whole selves. Vida has been a Leader in Business Women Australia for a decade, helping shape our cultural DNA. She is also an active member of the Advisory Board and leads the BWA Retreats.

Meet Lyn Hawkins

Lyn Hawkins is the Founder and National Director of Business Women Australia, bringing women together to develop, practise and express leadership with greater awareness, courage and positive impact. A strategist, facilitator, executive coach, and community builder, Lyn has spent more than 30 years supporting leaders and organisations through growth, change, and transformation. Her career has included senior roles across professional services, telecommunications, law, and financial services, as well as extensive experience in strategic management, marketing, leadership development, and cultural change.

Lyn founded Business Women Australia in 2015 with a belief that women need more than traditional networking. They need trusted spaces to pause, reflect, learn, build meaningful relationships, and explore the kind of leaders they are becoming. Known for her warmth, generosity, and ability to bring thoughtful women together, Lyn is passionate about building inclusive communities where diverse experiences are valued, and women can lead with heart, wisdom, presence, and courage.
