Three Lunchtime Sessions of 1.5 hours
The course consists of three 1.5-hour sessions delivered over three weeks. These sessions are interactive and focus on workshopping real-life governance examples from your co-op experience. They are not recorded to maintain confidentiality and encourage participation.

This three-part, weekly lunchtime training series will give a complete overview of good co-operative governance. This course is suited to co-op participants of all kinds: members, management, current directors or those considering serving on a co-operative board. Even the co-op curious will get lots out of this course.

The sessions are in person and not recorded to ensure confidentiality and open sharing. If participants are unable to attend for any reason, a make-up time can be scheduled.
