Online Cocktail Class featuring Trolley'd Illawarra Plum Cocktail (for "stay @ home cocktail kit" members)

For our members who have purchased one of our Stay @ Home Cocktail kits, join us for a wild + foraged cocktail class experience like no other. In this class we will learn a little more about the art of native drink-making as we shake up some of our tasty Illawarra Plum cocktails.

Make sure you prepare your syrups in advance of the class by following these instructions. You'll need about an hour set aside for this on the day of the class (or the night before).

A reminder to utilise your 'Wild Stories - A Foragers Guide' by Diego Bonetto, to explore your local area or back garden and forage for garnish. The most creative and unique garnish will be given the 'Fly Wild & High' award (a virtual certificate of accomplishment).
