This course is designed for anyone who has a requirement to produce "written" communication to support staff and clients within your organisation - or anyone who struggles with capturing and retaining their own notes. This could be any range of activities from taking notes in meetings, producing instructions for clients, capturing internal processes through to capturing client needs and input in group consultation sessions.

FAQs

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, since this is designed for workplace communication, all participants must be 18 or over. You are not required to be employed.

Can I contact the organiser with any questions?

What do I need to bring?

You will need a computer with Zoom installed to participate in the event. I will ask you to have your camera on as well, we will be sharing the drawings from some of your activities. All materials will be mailed out the week prior to the workshop. If you have not received them by Tuesday 11 November please reach out and let me know.

What if I can't draw?

This is not an art class - it is not about being able to 'draw'. You will learn a range of techniques that may not even require you to draw icons to enhance content. If you can draw, that's great but not essential.

If you haven't used Zoom for a bit, please sign in 10-15 minutes early to make sure your tech works - you can then go and grab a coffee/tea until the session starts if you would like.
