Join this conversation with Dr Nick Riemer and Professor John Keane who are academics at the University of Sydney and long-time advocates of freedom and justice for Palestinians.

John and Nick are currently being sued in the Federal Court of Australia because their opponents claim that their statements and actions opposing Zionism – the political and military commitment to an exclusivist Jewish ethno-state in historic Palestine – are actually antisemitic hate speech.

In this conversation we will discuss some of the details of the lawfare waged against them by the Zionist lobby and explore ways to respond to the recurring legal bullying and the unwarranted accusations of the pro-Palestine, anti-Genocide movement as being anti-Semitic by the Israel Zionist lobby in Australian university campuses and in day to day life.
