About the speaker:
Staci Knox has a comprehensive work experience that spans various roles and companies. Staci started her career at BNZ as a Customer Service Officer and worked in various banking sector roles until joining Hnry in January 2021 as a Customer Success Representative. Staci later transitioned to the role of Customer Finance Agent in April 2022 and is currently working as the Customer Care Manager at Hnry.
