It is so important to Let go of your 'shoulds', your entanglements and your stagnation, so that you can find your freedom and clarity for what YOU need and desire.... so that you can move into the new year with Freedom and Clarity.

Knowing your 'why' leads to freedom and clarity because you can finally choose differently, care differently, move differently and even play differently - so that your soul is fed, your purpose awakened and your intuition blossom.
We will spend 90 minutes online together... working through questions and discussing and imagining your 'WHY' - what makes your heart sing, your body flow and your mind play.
You will be sent a workbook, so all you need to bring is a pen and water! Maybe a candle too :-))
