An online workshop that covers information about the governance aspects of your club. The topics covered in this introductory governance workshop will be:

• (i) What is governance and legal and regulatory compliance
• (ii) The role of the committee and committee members
• (iii) Planning for the club: strategic plan, operational plans, budgets and financial reporting
• (iv) Risk management and internal controls in the club
• (v) Transparency, accountability, reporting and decision making

The online workshop will be conducted in an interactive manner with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
