ONLINE Grounded & Restored: Taurus Full Moon Biofield Tuning & Nervous System Reset

What if you could reset your entire nervous system in an hour—from the comfort of your own bed?

I invite you to join me online for a special Biofield Tuning session under the grounded energy of the Taurus Full Moon. If your mind has been running fast, your energy feels scattered, or your nervous system feels completely fried, this space is created to bring you straight back home to yourself.

Taurus energy is all about slowing down, feeling safe in your physical body, and leaning into comfort. Using therapeutic sound frequencies, we will calm the noise, clear out stuck stress, and restore balance to your energetic field.

What We’ll Experience Together

• Nervous System Down-regulation: Use sound frequencies to shift your body out of fight-or-flight and into deep, restorative recovery.

• Energetic Relief: Clear accumulated stress, burnout, and subtle tension stored in your biofield.

• Lunar Alignment: Tap into the stabilizing, peaceful energy of the Taurus Full Moon to ground your mind and body.

How to Prepare

1. Find a Cozy Space: Lay down on your couch, bed, or floor with plenty of pillows.

2. Bring Your Comforts: Grab your favourite warm blanket and an eye mask if you have one.

3. Use Headphones: Headset or over-ear headphones will deliver the best sound frequency experience.

Come as you are, stay in your cozy clothes, lie back, and join me to recharge.
