These Online Journaling Circles are gentle online gatherings held on the first Sunday of each month, from October through to December.

This is a creative rest practice, a quiet space where you can show up exactly as you are.

No pressure. No talking. No performance.

This is not about being productive. This is about being held.

Each 45-minute session includes:
🌿 A short, gentle guided grounding to support you to settle your nervous system
🌿 Optional gentle stretches
🌿 Journaling prompts— inviting you to be creative and have fun through words, doodles, drawings or colour

This is for you if you would like more clarity and self-compassion.

This is for you if you are looking for an easeful, quiet way to nourish your wellbeing, from the comfort of your own home.

You don’t need to call yourself a writer or an artist. You don’t need to share anything. You just need to come as you are.

This is open to everybody.

Bring your favourite beverage and something to write on, and make yourself as comfy as you can.

You can join from your couch or bed, in your pyjamas

You will leave each circle with more clarity and perspective, feeling more rested and expansive.
