Are you ready to test your leadership, coordination, and critical thinking skills in a high-pressure disaster scenario?

Join our interactive Online Learning Series, designed for members of the Local Disaster Coordination Centre (LDCC). This immersive training experience places you and your team at the heart of a simulated disaster event, where you'll be challenged to make tough decisions under pressure.

Aim of the Training

To enhance the capability of LDCC personnel in making informed, timely, and coordinated decisions during complex disaster events through a realistic, scenario-based learning experience.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate effective group decision-making under time constraints and uncertainty.

  • Reflect on decision outcomes to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

What to Expect

  • Small group collaboration

  • Challenging decision points that test your judgement and teamwork.

  • A facilitated debrief to unpack decisions and share insights.
