Join me from the comfort of your home, from our different points on Mother Earth, for meditation and listening as we identify and liberate energy through our own body in a Kinesiology Group Journey.

This is an opportunity to come, open and ready to feel into your body and heart, and to consciously expand your energy into the aspects of life that you LOVE and value as a creative human being. As we hold an awareness of where we want to move toward in our lives, we can allow this process of kinesiology to bring awareness to unseen roots, the limitations or blockages in the way, and allow the intelligent self-correcting nature of our being to take centre stage.

How to Prepare

🪽 please come well hydrated

🪽 prepare yourself with any comforts you need to best be able to receive (e.g. water, tea, blanket)

🪽 if you can, give yourself a few minutes in stillness before the Zoom call

🪽 for the kinesiology journey, you may want to sit or lie down (it will be handy to have easy view of the screen)

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic, effective and gentle healing modality. In kinesiology we can identify blocks or imbalances in our being and return these to balance with simple yet powerful techniques grounded in Ancient wisdom, principles and practise. Energy and it's movement has no limitation by time or space, so online or distance kinesiology is just as powerful as in person work. In this process we will be working with the energy of the group present, always with the intention of moving into greater expansion & embodiment of our True Nature.
