We begin with the Meditation on Twin Hearts, blessing the Earth with loving-kindness and allowing our hearts and crowns to open as channels of divine light. As we radiate goodwill to all beings, our own energy body becomes brighter, more spacious, and more receptive.

With our energy elevated, we move into a guided manifestation visualization. In this state of inner stillness and expanded awareness, we gently connect to a personal intention—something meaningful, uplifting, and aligned with the higher good. From a place of love and clarity, we see it, feel it, and energize it with light. This session will focus on Manifestation Good Health.
