Online Mothers Circle

These circles are an invitation to sit with other mothers in the comfort of your own home, to connect with yourself, to reflect and to listen and be heard

This is not about giving advice or fixing anything, it's about honouring and allowing YOUR experience to be exactly as it is, and in my experience this can be deeply healing and feel like a huge relief

Our time together in this circle will include:

* guided, gentle grounding to connect back to yourself
* reflection prompts on a particular theme related to motherhood 

* options to journal, stretch, to hear from others and to share in whatever way you feel comfortable

Everything is optional, and you are encouraged to prioritise your comfort

The full price ticket really helps support me to continue to do this meaningful work. It allows me to devote the hours of organising, promoting, planning, structuring, and preparing each circle, as well as coordinating childcare so I can fully focus on facilitating these circles that mean so much to me.
