Online, Offline, Inline with Christ: Renewing your mind in a digital world

Following Jesus is a mind, body and soul journey, and living online and offline encompasses your mind, body and soul as well. How can we handle an ever-changing digital landscape that is constantly changing the way we think, feel and relate? What is the algorithm for renewing our minds to live for Christ and not for the next bit of online content?

Dr Marshall Ballantine-Jones has been researching ways to mitigate the negative impact of pornography and sexualised social media behaviours on adolescents for a long time. He’s got a heart for Jesus and for seeing the next generation of youth live inline with Christ online and offline. He will help us overcome guilt, shame and addiction with the hope of the gospel.

We’ll also spend some time in small groups encouraging and equipping one another to glorify God whether we’re on our phones or IRL. We’ll also sing together, play some games and enjoy supper at the end.

Your youth group leaders will be there to run discussion groups, games, music and food.
