Led by Dan Pauro (Spirit Breathwork) with special guest Beck Hall, this 3-hour journey blends Spirit Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony, Sound Healing and Yin Yoga for Integration — a deeply restorative experience to ground, release, and align with the steady pulse of life as we prepare to enter a new chapter.
