Crystal Consulting is New Zealands longest serving, and most successful, provider of PMP® exam prep training. We are also an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). This means that all the course content is the best possible and we hold ourselves to high standards. Our course materials are a combination of our own training materials, official materials from PMI, and also from world leading authors.

The course will run on nine consecutive Fridays from 9am - 1pm starting on Friday August 16th.

The session days and times are:
1. Friday August 16th, 9am - 1pm
2. Friday August 23rd, 9am - 1pm
3. Friday August 30th, 9am - 1pm
4. Friday September 6th, 9am - 1pm
5. Friday September 13th, 9am - 1pm
6. Friday September 20th, 9am - 1pm
7. Friday September 27th, 9am - 1pm
8. Friday October 4th, 9am - 1pm
9. Friday October 11th, 9am - 1pm

You will receive a calendar invitation for all of these sessions.

We will run it over zoom and in addition to the course sessions you will receive individual assistance with your eligibility application, and also individual tuition right up until you sit the exam. The course fees cover all the study sessions and the materials needed to sit the exam. Don't forget that the actual exam fees are not included and payable directly to PMI when you book the exam. PMI New Zealand members get a 10% discount on the course fees and can use the discount code PMINZ10 at the checkout. 

Your course tutor will be Sean Whitaker, PMP (sean@crystal.consulting). Sean has been teaching people how to pass the PMP® certification examination since 2005 and has helped thousands of people around the globe to sit and pass the exam. He has written 4 books on how to pass the PMP® certification examination for companies including Microsoft/O'Reiily, and APress, and been a contributor to the development of The PMBOK® Guide. Sean is an accredited trainer with PMI and is authorised to deliver PMP®, CAPM®, DASM, and PMI-CP® (Construction Professional) certification exam preparation courses. We have set up a webpage for students of our courses and on this page you will find course materials and also extra resources for your study.

We understand that you may not be able to make every session. We will have recordings of the sessions available. Please keep in mind that you must attend at least most of the sessions in person so we can confirm you meet the training requirements from PMI (which only allows a minimal amount of recorded training). We will also work with you on an individual basis to ensure you get all the support and training hours you need to be successful in the exam.
