Sheng Zhen Meditation is a beneficial energy cultivating system. Using easy to learn flowing, graceful movements and still meditation to help clear the meridians or pathways of qi (vital life force), promoting wellness of body and mind.

With contemplation messages to help open the heart, Sheng Zhen is a soothing balm to life’s daily grind and struggles or challenges. It is accessible to people of all ages, abilities and conditions of health.

It is a moving and non moving meditation using deep breathing to relax and calm the mind. 

Classes will be held weekly on a Friday from 10 am to 11:15 am

When joining the class:

  • Ensure your zoom login name matches the name on your ticket
  • Switch your video on to greet the host, you can turn off later if you prefer
  • Please email if you are joining the class late
