Online Social Group: Collaging for Trans Joy!

This event is for transgender, gender diverse, and non-binary people.

TGV's Online Social Group meets monthly online and is designed for trans and gender diverse people who want to connect with other TGD people in a safe, inclusive and affirming environment. Come have a chat, build social connections, and do some fun activities! 

What to expect: Collaging for trans joy!

• You can either make a collage alongside the facilitator or bring your own craft/ art project to work on. The theme is TRANS JOY! (this theme will mean something different depending on you).
• The group will be facilitated by LJ (they/them), they will be there to guide the conversation and activities.
• Show and tell: if you feel comfortable, bring something to share with the group for show and tell. It could be something that has made you feel affirmed or gender euphoric; it could be a book you love, a song you can't stop listening to, a drawing you've drawn... anything that springs to mind!
• If possible, please log in via a laptop in a private place where you will not be interrupted. If you do zoom in on your phone, let us know, so we can accommodate your needs. 

What you will need to bring for collage making:

• Thick paper for the background (size is up to you).
• Scrap magazines; books; material - bring anything you can cut up and stick on the collage (I recommend having a few options if possible!).
• Glue and scissors.

Who is the group for:

• Any trans or gender diverse person who wants to connect with others.
  
• The group is neurodivergent, BIPOC, and all abilities friendly. 
• Participants must be 16 years and over.
