You're invited to a sacred gathering to celebrate the return of the light and the new life rising within YOU.

As the Southern Hemisphere awakens from winter's rest, the Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance, equal light and dark before the days stretch longer and the earth begins to bloom again. This is nature's invitation to plant the seeds of who you're becoming. 🌱

What wants to blossom in YOUR life?

Join me for a beautiful ceremony in person AND on Zoom and step into this new season together.

In Person:

🌸 Spring Equinox Ceremony: 4-6pm

Online:

🌸 Spring Equinox Ceremony: 7-9pm

This is a journey. Each activity builds on the last, taking you from stillness → awakening → planting → blooming.

Here's everything we'll move through together:

💜 Welcome & Grounding: We'll arrive fully into our bodies, rooting down like seeds in rich soil, safe, present, and ready to grow.

💫 Breath work: Lets take a moment to connect into our heart through our breath.

☕ Cacao/Tea Intention Setting: Holding warmth in both hands, we'll connect to the heart-opening medicine of cacao (or your tea of choice) and ask: What am I ready to bring to life this season?

🌸 Spring Equinox Talk: I'll share the spiritual significance of this powerful turning point, the balance of light and dark, the ancient traditions of renewal and why this is one of the most potent moments of the year to set intentions for growth and new beginnings.

📝 Journalling:

Reviewing our Winter with curiosity, compassion and gratitude.

Planting Seeds: we'll get clear on what we're planting this season, the dreams, the desires, the version of you that's ready to bloom. This is your sacred garden. You decide what grows.

💃 Movement: We'll shake off the heaviness, the hibernation, the stagnation and awaken the body with free, intuitive movement.

🦋 EFT Tapping: I'll guide you through Emotional Freedom Technique to clear any remaining winter residue, old fears, stuck energy and limiting beliefs making space for the new.

🌱Spring Equinox Intention Ritual, Seed Planting Ritual and Embodiment: The heart of our ceremony. We'll write our seeds of intention, speak them aloud and plant them into the fertile ground of this new season.

🎵 Group Toning: We'll tone together to embody our three beautiful intentions that we just set.

🌟 Movement: Open & Receive. Moving as the version of you who is already in full bloom. No choreography, just truth.

🧘‍♀️ Designing Your Daily Spring Ritual: Ideas of how you can embody your new seeds each day post ceremony.

🔮 Affirmations + Sound Bowls: As the sound bowls wash over you, I'll guide powerful affirmations of growth, possibility and becoming, filling your entire being with frequency, truth and alignment.

👁 Closing: Seen & Witnessed: To complete our ceremony, each person will speak one spring intention aloud whilst being fully seen and celebrated. You'll leave feeling alive, expansive, and ready to bloom.

After participating in the Spring Equinox Ceremony, participants should notice:

🌱 Increased clarity about what they want, even if it's uncomfortable or surprising

🌱 A felt sense of lightness in the body, especially in the shoulders, chest and jaw from the somatic release

🌱 More awareness of old beliefs as they arise. "Oh, there's that old story again" and the ability to choose differently

🌱 Moments of unexpected hope or excitement, little sparks that feel like spring inside

🌱 Greater presence, catching yourself actually IN the moment rather than five steps ahead

🌱 The courage to take small actions toward their seeds, sending the email, having the conversation, signing up, saying no

🌱 A desire for more ceremony, more depth, more community, more practice
