An Online Spring Equinox & Full Moon Cacao Ceremony 🌕🌱

Thursday 24 September | Online via Zoom

As we cross the threshold of the Spring Equinox and move beneath the building light of the Full Moon, we gather in sacred online circle for an evening of cacao, breath, connection, movement, reflection and ceremony.

The Equinox invites us into a moment of balance — honouring both the light and the dark, the season we have moved through and the new growth beginning to stir.

The approaching Full Moon brings illumination. A chance to see more clearly what has shifted, what we are ready to release, and what is asking to be brought forward into this next season.

Emergence is an invitation to meet yourself at this threshold.

To honour what has been.

To breathe space into what has become held or stagnant.

To release what no longer needs to travel with you.

To reconnect with your truth.

And to create space for what is ready to grow beyond you. 🌱

Held completely online, this ceremony offers something beautifully unique — the freedom to journey from within your own sacred space.

A space where you can close your eyes, turn inward, breathe deeply, move your body, make sound, soften, release and follow the natural rhythm of what wants to move through you — without comparison, expectation or needing to be anywhere other than exactly where you are.

Together, we will work with the heart-opening medicine of cacao, intentional breath, energy, movement and sound to deepen our connection to truth and presence.

The breath becomes a pathway inward.

The cacao opens the heart.

The body is given permission to move.

And from that place of deeper connection, we begin to listen — not only to what we are ready to release, but to what we are ready to call forward, nurture and manifest into growth.

There is no expectation of how your ceremony should look or feel.

You don’t need previous experience with cacao, breathwork or ceremony. You are simply invited to arrive as you are and allow yourself to be guided — while still having the freedom to honour your own body, intuition and rhythm.

You will need:
Your prepared ceremonial cacao or another warm intentional drink, a journal and pen if you feel the need for reflection, a candle, water, a comfortable uninterrupted space, and anything you feel called to place beside you to create your own altar or sacred space.

Your Zoom link and simple cacao and ceremony preparation details will be sent prior.

Come as you are.

Meet yourself at the threshold.

Breathe into what is true.
