Join us for 30min of Breathing, Movement, Mindfulness and Relaxation suitable for High School Aged Teenagers.

Note: Classes will be held via Zoom Online and you will be sent log in details following your registration email approx 1 day before class.

This online class has a strong focus on mindfulness practices and meditation and is supported by physical movement through Yoga Poses and Yoga Flows.  Classes include essential tools to support self-regulation, combat anxiety, improve sleep and embody overall health and wellbeing. 

This program is suitable if you're home-schooling, need a break from your day or want to support  your Teenagers with tools that will benefit them for the rest of their lives!

- Simply roll out your mat or towel

The benefits of Yoga are widely accepted and research shows that yoga not only assists in neuro-muscular development, it also develops core strength and supports balance which are essential for good posture and correct physical alignment. Through Yoga students improve their mind-body connection, learning to lead a healthy lifestyle and encounter a sense of wellbeing. 

About your Yoga Teacher:

Held by Regina Cruickshank, RYT ,RCYT, Yoga Ed. Trainer and mum of 3. Regina has introduced thousands of children and teens, educators and seniors playfully and safely to Yoga and Mindfulness. She runs regular In-School Programs and After School Programs in Mindfulness and Yoga around Fremantle and Perth and supports Teachers with Professional Development Workshops and classes to support Health and Wellbeing for whole school communities.

About ZOOM:

What is Zoom?  Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing service you can use to virtually meet with others – either by video or audio-only or both.  You can join via phone or computer.

Does it cost anything to use Zoom? Definitely not.  We pay for the technology required to host our classes online.

How do I use Zoom? Check out this great page on the Zoom website that give you instructions on the many ways you can connect with our online classes. When you join us at Zoom, you’ll be “Joining a Meeting”.  We will email the link/meeting number to you prior to the start of class. Students can choose to join on many platforms including: iphone, Android phones, Apple computers, Windows computers, From a web browser by visiting join.zoom.us.

What supplies do I need? You’ll need a device connected to the internet to join via Zoom (see FAQ above on how to use Zoom). Otherwise you just need your child and maybe a towel or mat.

Please note that Yoga and Mindfulness is a physical activity. With joining in our program and purchasing a ticket you release Yogazeit Ltd. and its instructors from any liability as a consequence of attending this online class. You confirm that you/your child will listen to their bodies and find a pace that suits them.
