A 90-Minute Online Breathwork Journey for Mental Clarity, Stress Relief & Nervous System Rebalance

If your nervous system is running on fumes—if you're tired but wired, overwhelmed, or mentally foggy—this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reset.

This guided 90-minute breathwork experience is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release chronic stress from the body, and reconnect with a deep sense of calm, clarity, and presence. You’ll be led through a conscious connected breathwork journey—a powerful technique that supports emotional release, clears mental clutter, and allows the body to process what words can’t always reach.

This isn’t just deep breathing. Through specific rhythms and patterns, this work shifts your blood chemistry, down-regulates your stress response, and opens access to altered states of consciousness where insight, healing, and creativity often emerge.

Modern science is confirming what ancient cultures have practiced for centuries: that the breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for transformation, nervous system reset and healing.

  • Activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest)

  • Reduces cortisol and stress hormone levels

  • Improves heart-rate variability (HRV)—a key marker of resilience

  • Optimises oxygen–CO₂ balance, enhancing mental clarity and focus

  • Supports emotional processing and trauma release at the somatic level

Many participants leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of emotional freedom - some even experience deep realizations, self-discovery or powerful breakthroughs.


⏰ Session Schedule

We’ll begin with a 15-minute introduction, where you’ll learn the breathing technique, understand what’s happening on a physiological level, and be guided through a short practice to prepare your body and mind.

Next, we’ll move into a 10-minute intention-setting process (with optional group sharing), followed by a short guided meditation to help you settle fully into the space.

The core of the experience is a 35-minute guided breathwork journey using a holotropic-inspired technique, supported by music and Olivia’s voice as your guide.

After the breathwork, you’ll drop into a 20-minute integration period, lying in stillness with gentle music as your nervous system settles into a deeply relaxed parasympathetic state.

We’ll finish with a 10-minute grounding process, gently returning to the room with optional sharing, reflection, and journaling prompts.

🛠️ How to Prepare at Home

This session is a full-body reset, so take a few steps to set up your space:

  • Choose a quiet, private area where you can lie down comfortably (on a yoga mat, couch, or bed)

  • Dim the lights, light a candle, or create a relaxing atmosphere that helps your nervous system settle

  • Have a blanket and pillow nearby for comfort - and to muffle any sound you may feel the need to release

  • Use headphones for optimal sound quality and immersion

  • Wear comfortable clothing, and bring an eye mask or something to cover your eyes if you'd like

  • Leave space after the session to rest, reflect, or journal - don’t rush back into productivity mode

Additional guidelines to support a deeper experience:

  • Avoid eating a heavy meal for at least 1½ hours beforehand

  • If possible, limit or skip caffeine on the day of the session

  • Please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for at least 48 hours prior

This is your time. Allow yourself the space to fully immerse in the experience.


⚠️ Who Should Not Participate

Because this method of breathwork creates intense physiological and emotional shifts, please do not participate if any of the following apply:

  • Pregnancy

  • Cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or history of heart attack/stroke

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Glaucoma or recent eye surgery

  • Recent surgery, severe osteoporosis, or physical fragility

  • Diagnosed schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or unmedicated severe mental-health conditions

  • Acute emotional or spiritual crisis without professional support

👤 About the Facilitator

You’ll be guided by Olivia Chevallier, a fully qualified breathwork facilitator trained by Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork. Olivia is also trained in trauma-informed care, ensuring emotional safety, consent, and nervous-system integrity are at the heart of her facilitation.

Her style blends the science of breath with deep presence, emotional intelligence, and compassion- creating a powerful space for people to reconnect with themselves, move through stored emotion, and access insights that shift both mindset and body.
