Starting Monday 6 July at 7:00pm, join us online each week for a calming yoga session designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and ease into the week ahead feeling refreshed and recharged. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, these gentle, accessible classes provide the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and prioritise your wellbeing.
This special members-only series is a chance to enjoy four consecutive weeks of guided relaxation from the comfort of your own home, while connecting with fellow Manchester Unity members who share an interest in health, wellness, and self-care.

- Which ticket should I buy?
You can choose between member tickets and non-member tickets.
Member Tickets (subsidised)
Subsidised Member tickets are only available to individuals who personally hold a Manchester
Unity (MU) membership, and to their guests per policy below.
Guests:
MU members may bring the same guest to a social event up to two times using a member ticket.
If that guest attends a third event without becoming an MU member, they must purchase a full-price non-member ticket.
There is no limit to the number of guests a member may bring to a single event. However, the two-event guest allowance applies to each individual guest.
The guests could be of any age
Non-Member Tickets (full-price)
Anyone who does not personally hold an MU membership must purchase a full-price nonmember ticket, regardless of their age.
