WHY CIRCLE ON LINE?

It is a way to get together with women on a regular basis to connect and help recover from the blandness and disconnection of everyday life. It is accessible and conveniently fits into your schedule…attend in your pyjamas if you like and grab a cuppa and snuggle in with us for deeper connections in a warm and accepting non judgemental environment.

Our signature Circle is all about sharing and the deep connection that comes with being seen, heard, understood and believed. Diving into the well of wisdom of our shared and lived experiences.

THE SHAPE OF OUR CIRCLE

• 75 – 90 minutes of real connection and collective conversation
• Checking in and taking your place in circle as you consciously arrive and become present
• Drop in with a mindful mini guided practice as you ease in to the space and ground into this moment
• Sharing what is going on for you right now and the sense you make of it
• Witnessing other women’s stories without judgement or fixing
• Weaving in and receiving wisdom of the feminine collective
• Feeling seen and heard and perhaps lighter
• A vibration raising song
• Check out with an intention to take back into your days to follow

No theme – just the medicine and power of learning from women of different ages and backgrounds. So step into an oasis where warmth, understanding, and genuine connections bloom. Our Online Women’s Circle is where you’re welcomed with open arms, encouraged to unwind, and be embraced by the magic of sisterhood.

Our circles are kept small to ensure an intimate experience and sell out very quickly. Life sometimes gets in the way, whilst we are unable to offer refunds, you are welcome to gift your circle to another woman.

* Please note that although a women’s circle is an opportunity for inner work, it is in no way therapy, nor should it be a replacement for  therapy. Circle is a supportive environment where participants are witnessed by others. Listening and holding space is offered, rather than advice. Should issues arise after the close of circle, it is the responsibility of each participant to seek out the support she needs.
