A safe and non-judgmental space to take off all the ‘hats’ and put the ‘shoulds’ aside. 

Time for yourself to turn inwards and listen to what is pressing on your heart.

All while being held, seen and supported by like minded women!

Each Circle is held a little differently, depending on the theme being explored, however you can expect; 

Meditation, visualisation, energy talk, stillness, prompt journalling, intention setting, breathwork, affirmations and sharing.

I recommend you create a comfy space (think soft light, cushions/pillows and blanket), wear snuggly comfy clothes and have yourself a delicious warm drink to enjoy during this 90 minutes of nourishment x
