‘How to Grow a Poem’ with Bilal Hafda

Online Poetry Workshop Series

Bilal Hafda, artistic director of Bankstown Poetry Slam and author of An Army of Light, guides you through the tips and tricks of the writing process that will help you take your work from the seed of an idea into a fully grown and realised spoken-word poetry piece, ready to be shared on stage. Old and new work is welcome. Come with a poem you’ve already written, or join and write something brand new! 

Price: FREE for under 25s, $40 per session for everyone 25 and over. Purchase a pass for all 4 sessions for a sweet discount 🍉
