      In Part 1 of this workshop, you'll gain the knowledge to:

      • Develop a consumer journey map.
      • Formulate a Marketing and Distribution Strategy based on the consumer journey map, covering:
        • Website overview..
        • Driving website traffic.
        • Leveraging partner connections and expanding your reach, including ATDW and distribution partners.
      • Establish timelines and budgets.
      • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms.

        In Part 2, we'll guide you through the crucial process of selecting booking technology that will facilitate your bookings and streamline and automate your operations.

        This interactive workshop covers:

        • An overview of booking system terminology and key concepts.
        • Insights into the inner workings of booking system providers.
        • Key questions to ask and pitfalls to avoid.
        • Creation of your personalised "Requirements List," serving as the foundation for your booking system journey.

          • Strategy templates, complete with KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
          • Booking System Requirements Template with real-world examples.
