OPEN CHRISTCHURCH 2025: Korako Whānau Papakāinga

Where: Rāpaki (The address will be sent to registered attendees)

Enjoy an introduction to intergenerational living and housing on ancestral Māori land at the Rāpaki Papakāinga from the whānau who live here. Explore modular dwellings centred around landscapes that assimilate cooking and dining areas, surrounded by gardens. See how this kaupapa Māori concept of living has brought together whānau, whenua (land), whare (housing) and whakapapa (ancestral ties). This experience lasts 1.5 hours. $5 + BF
