From high-tech seminar rooms and fully-equipped meeting spaces to our cutting-edge Global Streaming Centre, The Hub is purpose-built to support professional gatherings of all sizes. This Open Day gives you the chance to explore the space in action, meet our team, and experience firsthand how our technology and flexible layouts can bring your next event to life.

Event agenda:

• 8:30AM – Welcome & Introduction
  Start the morning with a welcome from The Hub team, where we'll provide a brief overview of the spaces and services on offer.
• 8:45AM – Guided Tour
  Take a guided walk through the venue, including our seminar rooms, flexible meeting rooms, on-site café, Global Streaming Centre, and breakout zones.
• 9:15AM – Global Streaming Centre Demonstration
  Join a live tech demo highlighting the functionality of our professional AV set-up, LED wall, video conferencing capabilities, and room configurations tailored for hybrid and virtual events.
• 10:00AM – Seminar & Meeting Room Tech Demonstrations
  Explore how our rooms adapt to your needs, with demonstrations showing video conferencing tools, combined seminar room set-ups, and solutions to common tech challenges.
• 10:45 AM – Closing Remarks & Q&A
  Hear about upcoming promotions and events at The Hub, followed by an open Q&A session.
• 11:00 AM – Networking Morning Tea & One-on-One Consultations
  Enjoy coffee, pastries, and informal networking with local professionals and our team. We’ll also be available for personal consultations and in-depth tours.
• 11:30 AM Onwards – Explore and Trial the Space
  Guests are welcome to stay and use the space — take a meeting in one of our available meeting rooms, catch up on work in our shared office space, or continue chatting with our team and other attendees.
