You are invited to the opening of Open Edition, a large-scale installation built from four days of collaborative screen printing as part of Melbourne Design Week.

Across four days of public workshops at MPavilion RMIT Brunswick, participants worked alongside the Pavement Print Studio team to design shapes, cut stencils, and print, layering their work on top of others to build something none of them could have made alone.

Those prints come together here at Balam Balam Place. Every contributor is named as a collaborator and co-author of the finished work. The opening night brings them back together to see it whole.

Pavement Print Studio is a mobile screen printing facility, operated by graphic designer from the RMIT Brunswick network.
