Why save seeds

Seed saving is the practice of collecting seeds from existing plants, especially ones that have done really well in your garden. Using home-collected seed has many benefits

  1. Saves you money - collect seeds for free instead of paying for packets
  2. It's fun and easy - check out this guide from Gardening Australia
  3. If you donate your collected seed to the Wyndham Seed Library you can receive up to three free seed packets a month to keep your garden growing
