Open Heart, Open Horizons: A Heart-Filling Yoga Workshop
Event description
Step into an afternoon of connection, compassion, and renewal in the stunning surroundings of the Upper Hunter. Open Heart, Open Horizons invites you on a heart-centred yoga journey, offering the perfect balance of movement, mindfulness, and community.
This carefully curated workshop is a celebration of openness—in body, mind, and spirit. Surrounded by nature’s beauty and the warmth of like-minded souls, you’ll be guided through practices designed to nurture your heart and expand your horizons.
What to Expect:
- Grounding Pranayama: Begin with a gentle breath practice to centre your mind, calm your nervous system, and attune to the energy of openness.
- Heart-Opening Vinyasa Flow: Flow through intentional sequences designed to release tension, energize the body, and open the heart space.
- Gentle Partner Poses: Foster a sense of community and connection with simple, supportive partner yoga practices (optional).
- Guided Loving-Kindness Meditation: Nurture compassion and kindness for yourself and others, filling your heart with peace.
- Restorative Relaxation: Sink into stillness with deeply soothing poses, allowing you to fully absorb the day’s energy and intentions.
Afterward, enjoy light refreshments and fresh air as we come together to celebrate the turning of the season.
This heart-centered afternoon is your opportunity to release what no longer serves you, embrace openness, and welcome the possibilities of a new season.
