Open Webinar - National Housing and Homelessness Plan

Join us for a public webinar about the development of the National Housing and Homelessness Plan (the Plan).

The Australian Government, in close collaboration with state and territory governments, is developing a National Housing and Homelessness Plan (the Plan) to help more Australians access safe and affordable housing.

The Plan will set out a shared national vision to improve housing outcomes and help address homelessness. It will set out key reforms to improve outcomes across the housing spectrum.

This webinar is an opportunity to find out more and have your say on the development of the Plan.

About the event

Anyone can attend this event online.

The event will be held via Zoom. It will go for 1 hour and 30 mins.
* A link to access the event will be emailed to you when you register.

It will include presentations about the development of the National Housing and Homelessness Plan and what specific areas it might cover. You do not need to do anything to prepare for this event.

During the event, you will be asked to answer questions using an online engagement tool called Mentimeter.

It is voluntary to use these tools to provide input. If you prefer you can email responses to the questions posed via email to nhhp@thesocialdeck.com

If you can’t attend the event or want to provide more input to the National Housing and Homelessness Plan, you can also answer the short-form guided questions or send a submission on the Issues paper.

Accessibility

The webinar will include:

• Auslan interpreters that can be seen on the screen at all times
• Live captions that can be accessed a separate screen if needed
