Opening night of the 2025 Arts Canterbury Art Show at The Cashmere Club

Be the first to view artwork from over 80 Arts Canterbury artists at the 2025 Arts Canterbury Art Show at The Cashmere Club.

At the opening receive a complimentary drink and nibbles while enjoying all of the art and mingling with the artists.

At this art show not only will you find traditional paintings and drawings on show, but also sculptures, artworks created from glass, metal sculptures, jewellery and so much more all from local Canterbury artists! There will definitely be something there for everyone to enjoy.

This event is the annual fundraiser for Arts Canterbury Inc.

Arts Canterbury believe in fostering appreciation of the visual arts in Canterbury and provide support to artists who create it. The members of Arts Canterbury come from a variety of backgrounds and differing levels of experience – from established professional full-time artists, emerging artists and hobbyists across a wide spectrum of mediums and styles.

Arts Canterbury are pleased to once again also have Youth Artists participating in this exhibition and are very excited to be providing this opportunity for the next generation of Canterbury artists.

Over the weekend the show will then be open to the public each day starting with a “low sensory hour” from 9 - 10am with reduced noise, lighting and distractions during this time period. 

The show will then be fully open to the public Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm, and is just a gold coin donation on the door.
