Planning ahead during dry seasonal conditions is critical for maintaining livestock health and making informed feeding decisions.
Join us for these FREE practical workshops designed to help beef and sheep producers build skills and confidence in managing livestock health, nutrition and supplementary feeding programs in dry times.
Through a mix of theory and practical on-farm sessions, you will learn how to:
Assess body condition score in sheep and cattle
Assess your pastures and feed available and quality
Interpret feed tests
Do feed budgets and calculate supplementary feeding needs
Prioritise feed for different classes of stock during dry times
FREE Two-day program. Please only register if you can attend both days.
