Join us for Meet @ the Market, an immersive concert experience that brings you up close to the powerful sound of live orchestral music in Melbourne’s vibrant Meat Market creative hub.

Enjoy a one-hour performance featuring highlights from our Southbank Series, where innovation meets tradition in the relaxed and intimate atmosphere of our new North Melbourne home.

Perfect for curious minds eager to connect over great music, a drink in one hand and a bite in the other. Meet is the ideal way to wrap up the week with friends, both old and new. Hosted by Melbourne’s finest, our on-site bar offers local beverages to enhance your evening. Arrive early to unwind and stay afterwards to mingle with our musicians.

      Audience members are encouraged to arrive from 6.00pm to enjoy local food and drinks available for sale onsite and unwind prior to the performance. Our musicians will be available to mingle and socialise with audience members after the performance.

      Am I eligible for a concession ticket?

      Concession tickets are available to holders of the following proof-of-concession cards provided that the card is valid at the time of purchase: Australian Government issued Seniors Card, Pension Card or Healthcare Card, State Government issued Seniors Card, or Public Transport Victoria Concession Card.

      You may be asked to provide proof of concession to venue staff when attending performances.

      Audience seating for this performance is general admission.


      Can my child attend this performance?

      Orchestra Victoria are delighted when young people attend our performances. In order to ensure the safety and supervision of children in compliance with government child safety regulations, children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Children aged 3 to 18 years are entitled to our Child price type.
