Angela has over 30 years’ experience in the health field, including qualifications in Medical Science, Immunology, Childbirth Education, Complementary Health and Craniosacral Therapy. Angela has also been involved in adult education in various forms over the last 30 years teaching throughout Aotearoa in the subjects of Biochemistry, Immunology, Childbirth Education, Chi kung, Craniosacral Therapy and most recently, in the field of mind health. She has taught internationally for 14 years in Australasia, North America, Europe and the Middle East. More recently, Angela has focussed her work more on the connections between the mind and body, with the inclusion of self-enquiry for clients in conjunction with Craniosacral sessions. This allows the clients to uncover unconscious patterns which can manifest as long-term ill health. Angela helped create the Mind Health Project (MHP) charity where she teaches stress and anxiety classes to youth through the MHP. Having qualified as a Chi king teacher in 2014, Angela has been teaching this ancient Eastern discipline in association with teaching other modalities.
