In the comfort and privacy of your own home, join us for an hour of embodied Self-Love through Orgasmic Yoga.

Orgasmic Yoga is a way to change your habits. It is a solo experience of embodied self-love supported through breath, sound, movement and touch.

The goal is not an orgasm, but the conscious sensing of the presence or absence of erotic energy, moment by moment.

When:  7-8pm Thursday 23rd September

Where: Zoom, link will be sent to anyone registered before the class.

Event held on Zoom, a link will be emailed to attendees before the class.

Being on Zoom increases our need for safety and connection, you will be required to turn your camera on so we can meet everyone in the space however, your practice will be without camera and sound to protect your privacy if you choose.

As a group class I am planning somatic group activities, I kindly request you connect through your computer via a fast internet connection (use an ethernet cable if possible). Please do not use your phone, it will not have all the necessary features to participate in all the activities.
