Origin Evolve is a group breathwork session for anyone who feels drawn to exploring their inner world more deeply.

Breathwork is an emobodied practice that helps us go beyond our conscious awareness to explore deeply held emotional, physiological and pscyhosocial imprints from within the mind and body. Under the nurturing guidance of a trained practitioner, breathwork can release these imprints and any associated energy held within the body.

In a group setting the energy of each individual contributes to the collective, or the greater energetic field that helps to move each participant through their process. This makes group breathwork an awesome tool for exploring relational patterns, connection within and outside of the self, and for simply dipping your toe into the water of breathwork.

Join Caitlin (Origin Breath) in this 2 hour session, which includes 90min of Conscious Connected Breathwork, and time for integration and sharing.

THEME: In this month's Evolve session, we will be exploring 'ACCEPTANCE'. When difficult circumstances arise in life, when we are affected by situations that we don't have the power to change, it can be difficult to move through the thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise for us, to find a way to be with what is arising, rather than becoming it. Accepting what we feel without trying to change it (or the situation) can help us to 'become the wittness' - to arrive at new insights and perspectives, and bring us closer to truth.

As in Breathwork, so in life! We will be exploring how this process applies to the breath and ways we can use acceptance in our session to arrive at new ways of being.

Come just as you are on the day, I will be holding the intention in the space throughout the breath for those who wish to draw on it.

This event welcomes everyone. No prior experience is needed, just an openness to self-exploration and growth.

NOTE: In this month's Evolve session we will be joined by Mirabai Rose, who is my supervisor, who is a highly experienced Breathwork practitioner, group facilitator and traininer; and Elder within the Australian Breathwork community. Mirabai will be co-facilitating the session as part of my Group Facilitator training - I'm very excited to be having her join us!
