    Event description

Ostara is the pagan celebration of Spring Equinox,

A time to celebrate Springs warmth, the light from the sun, the awakening of the earth and new beginnings and also a time to find that sweet pause in the balance of light and dark.

Somatic Dance is a guided free form embodied movement journey, held in a non-judgmental space where all of you is welcome.

No prior dance experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome.

Come and move your body to the rhythm of your soul, ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others.

The guidelines are simple: No booze (or intoxicants), shoes or talking in the dance.

Slip deep into the layers of your body, supported by a carefully chosen epic music and a beautiful group of humans.

Fully embody your truest expression, release debris and allow movement to show you your fullness.

Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in (layers are great), bring a drink bottle and a drop or two of curiosity!

See you on the dance floor for the most epic way to start your day and leave the dirt behind
