  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The Organ Society of Western Australia invites you to a special Choral Evensong and Gala Dinner event on Friday 19th September at Guildford Grammar School, celebrating the 150th anniversary of pipe organs in WA. This event is part of our new fundraising initiative to raise an endowment for a fund to support and train the next generation of organists into the future.

Choral Evensong commences at 6:00pm in the College Chapel, will be followed by a complimentary sparkling reception in the College grounds. The evening continues with a three-course Gala Dinner, which commences at 7:30pm.

We are pleased to announce the Reverend Canon Doctor Philip Raymont, Chaplain Emeritus of Guildford Grammar School, as the guest speaker for the dinner.

Bookings for dinner are essential and must be made by Monday 15th September; tickets are strictly limited. Please note the dinner dress code is lounge suit.

Attendance to the Evensong only is free and tickets are not required.
