For most of the retreat, participants will observe noble silence, refraining from speaking or engaging in any form of communication with others. This quiet space allows for deep introspection, fostering inner peace, clarity, and mindfulness.While the retreat emphasizes silence, there will be select opportunities for mindful interaction, such as during meal times and certain designated group activities.Join us in the healing sounds and surrounds of nature for:

Guided Meditation: Mindfulness meditation to enhance self-awareness.

Yoga Classes: Stretch, strengthen, destress, detox and relax the body. Yoga sessions will be led by expert teachers with decades of teaching experience.

Nature sounds bathing: Let go of all the stresses and anxieties of the mind with guided meditation and forest sound bathing sessions. Experience peace, gratitude, flow of creativity and clarity of thought.

Nourishing Vegan Meals: Nourish your self with delicious, freshly made, healthful vegan meals.

Self-reflection: Free time to explore, journal, contemplate, chill and even take a dip in the river, if you dare!

Mantra therapy: Experience the therapeutic effects of ancient chants intertwined with music – feel all stresses leave the mind and your spirits soar!
