In this Spring Gathering, you’ll be gently guided through a nourishing sequence of practices designed to help you soften into your heart presence, a space of reflection, attunement, and connection.

We’ll explore practices that invite you to let go, reflect, and reimagine, creating space for deeper listening and self-connection.

The Gathering Includes:

🌀 Yin yoga to release and open the heart space

🌀 Journaling to reflect and integrate

🌀 Ceremonial cacao to support your inner journey

🌀 Optional firepit gathering after 6pm to connect and share
