Our Shared Space - Generations in Bloom - Floristry with Liv
Event description
Generations in Bloom: Floristry with Liv
Celebrate Adult Learners Week with a heartwarming, hands-on floristry session designed for all ages!
Generations in Bloom invites older adults to come along with young people in their lives for a creative workshop led by talented floral artist Liv. Together, you’ll learn how to arrange beautiful blooms and foliage while enjoying conversation, connection, and the simple joy of learning something new—side by side. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and love of flowers!
Afternoon snack available.
This session is part of Clarence City Council's Our Shared Space program. We are pleased to partner with Rosny Library to bring you this fortnightly program of intergenerational activities.
Our Shared Space is a partnership between the Clarence Positive Ageing working group (CPAWG) and our Youth Network Advisory Group (YNAG). It tackles the issues of safety, the intergenerational divide, and ageism through advocacy, community activities, programs, and partnerships.
