Our Shared Space - Virtual Reality Experience
Event description
Step into the Future—At Your Own Pace!
Curious about virtual reality but not sure where to start?
Join our All-Ages VR Experience, a welcoming, no-pressure session designed especially to make older adults and younger people feel at ease.
Whether you're just a little curious or ready to explore whole new worlds, our friendly team will be right there to guide you—step by step, with no tech experience needed.
Come discover how fun and easy VR can be, meet people of all ages, learn how VR has applications outside of gaming, and enjoy a new kind of adventure—all from the comfort of a safe, supported space.
This session is part of Clarence City Council's Our Shared Space program. We are pleased to partner with Rosny Library to bring you this fortnightly program of intergenerational activities.
Our Shared Space is a partnership between the Clarence Positive Ageing working group (CPAWG) and our Youth Network Advisory Group (YNAG). It tackles the issues of safety, the intergenerational divide, and ageism through advocacy, community activities, programs, and partnerships.
