Join us this July school holidays for a soul-nourishing retreat where gentle movement meets mindful expression and healing vibrations. Our Spaces Within combines three powerful practices to create a deeply restorative experience for your body, mind and spirit.
Your Journey Awaits
Begin with a gentle yoga practice designed to release tension and create space within. As your body softens, we'll transition to a guided writing ceremony where you'll explore your inner landscape through the power of words. The experience culminates in a transcendent soundbath journey, where crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion will wash away stress and invite profound relaxation.
No previous experience necessary—just bring your curious heart and willingness to surrender.
