July's topicCOVID-19 - Pre and Post Responses

This sessions topic “COVID-19 - Pre and Post Responses” we will focus on the ever-changing landscape of COVID-19 and organisational and service responses. It is no secret that COVID-19 is here to stay, governments and organisations should be planning to future proof their services to the community, especially to the disadvantaged and vulnerable.

The DFV sector is no exception to the impacts and effects of COVID-19 and the change in service delivery that is needed but as we work with our vulnerable populations, what are we doing now and what do we need to do in the future to ensure proper support to those that need it?

What are some of the changes that you have noticed in your community or organisation, for better or worse?

Come along and share your stories of learning and of any changes to ways on how you work in the new COVID-19 aware environment, now and beyond.
