Join Our Paladar Chef & Owner Kiefer Manning and Chris Griese, of Sake Story, for an intimate evening exploring the depth, versatility, and character of sake.

For this special collaboration, Chef Kiefer has created a five-course tasting menu inspired by his culinary background in Italian, Spanish, and French cuisine. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a distinctive sake selected by Chris, creating a dialogue between two culinary traditions and demonstrating just how beautifully sake can complement food beyond traditional Japanese cuisine.

Throughout the evening, Chris will share insight into the breweries, traditions, and character behind each pour, while Kiefer brings each pairing to life through the food.
